Clinic Materials Inventory and Order Form

Please submit this form at least 30 days prior to your event. Submit one form for each clinic you intend to hold. Clinics should register in NRA Instructors before requesting supplies.

Each student should receive one bag containing the items listed below. Unused supplies can be stored for your next event or returned to NRA headquarters.  Items subject to availability. New Clinic Directors will be provided materials for a maximum of 25 participants.
